done in chalk pastel on drawing paper. i tried to set the pastel with hairspray, but i think it just wound up making the paper shiny and nearly impossible to photograph (explaining the random white glares)..

i copied from a magazine picture, but I basically just used it for getting down the facial features and some of the lighting. The colours are different from the original, really, and I did it in my own style, I suppose you could say.
